
Booking Policies
When checking out, you will be required to agree to all policies before booking your appointment.
Terms and Conditions
1.Deposits and Payments
● A non-refundable deposit of [50%] is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your selected package.
● Full payment is due before the session or event date unless otherwise agreed upon.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
● Cancellations made at least [24 hours] prior to the scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of the deposit but no additional charges.
● Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior will incur an additional cancellation fee of [$50].
● Clients may reschedule their session once without penalty if notice is provided at least [2 days] in advance. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a [$100] fee.
3. Session Policies
● Clients are responsible for arriving on time for their session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without a discount.
● If weather or unforeseen circumstances prevent the session from occurring, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
4. Image Usage and Rights
● The photographer retains the copyright to all images and may use them for promotional purposes (e.g., portfolio, website, social media) unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
● Clients receive a license for personal use of the final images. Images may not be sold, edited, or distributed for commercial purposes without written consent from the photographer.
5. Delivery of Final Products
● Edited photos will be delivered within [1 week] of the session. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
● Final products (e.g., albums, prints) will be provided after approval of proofs and receipt of any outstanding payments.
6. Liability
● The photographer is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, natural disasters) that may prevent the session or delivery of images. In such cases, a refund or rescheduling will be offered.

3. Photo Usage
● We respect your privacy and will not share or sell your photos without your consent.
● Images may be used for marketing or portfolio purposes unless you provide written notice opting out of such usage.
4. Data Protection
● All personal information and images are stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
● Digital files are protected with industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
5. Client Rights
● You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal information at any time.
● You may opt out of receiving marketing communications by contacting us directly.
